... ThatI instigated a huge usability improvement here on Fud watch?
Um .... not spotted it yet.
Wasted on you lot ;) I just fixed something that pissed me off daily. I guess I was the only one.
shitty site this. we should do somethign with it one day.
The thing that annoys me is being directed to my profile when I log in, especially if I am already looking at the new posts page.
Romsey?
I thought we were waiting for Brad to decide the direction for this site? Or was that my job?
Did I just inadvertently spam us?
>direction
North.
Brad's out of ideas and relying on BB and Gurtie to come up with a niche or something.
BB - the search button? I think that is new. Why did we like Drupal again? I forget but we had a good reason at the time.
I guess so.
Amazon sales up 25%, £11 billion. Oh, but may make a loss.
These guys should burn the books for fuel and sell ebooks only.
Drupal is shockingly bad. It cost me a few grand last week because we hadn't realised that it is the only CMS ever built without any thought being given to deployment. We overhauled a site locall for someone then figured out that there was absolutely no way to get that live without losing live data. Had to do the entire project again in the time between being given go live and going live. Arsing wankbags.
That login issue annoys me too. Common issue. Ridiculously convoluted to fix it.
Change I made was the "new topic" link. That used to be "create" - when you went to it is asked you what you want to create (topic, blogpost, etc). Probably more annoying for me as the list was about 10 items long - I did shorten it for you using permissions previously. It now skips that step. Yeah.... streamline.
I think we should go mobile only.
Oooh, New Topic. Works.
I have abandoned Drupal now. Part of my Panda Kill Kill Kill Project was the removal of my Drupal community.
That is the thing with Drupal they have no usability people working on it, just coders and engineer types. To be fair, it happens a lot, I played with Joomla for a bit and from a usability standpoint it is no better. Sigh.

You mean that button that blends in so nicely with the theme?
